Quick dinner ideas for last minute meals. Add one or two of these quick pick dinner ideas to your bin to complete your dinners for the week. I usually like to pick one of the fresh dinners and then I also like to keep one or two of the frozen/pantry meals on hand at all times. This way if I am too busy to hit the supermarket I know we are covered for another day or two.

Chex Mix is the best. But do you know how to make it even better? Smoke It! Here we have a fantastic mix with a bold flavorful butter. We seasoned it up with the original MAD Smoke Rub Mix, lots of garlic seasoning and some Worcestershire. Hands down this is the best Batch I've ever made. LOOK OUT IT'S ADDICTIVE!

Homemade Crab Rangoons with Sweet and Sour Sauce
All I want for Christmas is Crab Rangoons! Crab Rangoon always have a place at the Holiday Table. Whether it's the Christmas Eve after Church get together or the Countdown to the New Years Party these delightful nuggets are elegant and delicious! I love making homemade crab rangoon especially around the Holidays. They dress up any Holiday get together. I make these with a blend of real and imitation crab to keep the cost down yet still have real crab meat in the mix. Paired with a sweet and sour sauce that is sweet and light at the same time! Toasted sesame seeds, cilantro and scallions add a gourmet flare that's perfect for the festivities.

Apple Pie with Salted Caramel & Pecans
Madie and I take our homemade Apple Pie over the top with homemade Salted Caramel & Pecans. This is one of my favorite fall pies and now one of Madie's as well. If you don't feel like making the whole pie just a little homemade salted caramel on some vanilla ice cream is a decadent treat on it's own! You can also just use refrigerated pie crust to make it easier on yourself, it will still be fantastic!
