BIG BATCH RECIPE
40 oz Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries and 7 C fresh Cranberries.
1 T Cinnamon, 1/2 Tablespoon Nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground Cloves and a pinch of Salt
2 Oranges (Zest, Segments and Juice)
4 C Sugar
3 Box of pectin (6 ounces total
2 Cup Orange Juice, 1 C Water and 1 C Amaretto
SMALL BATCH RECIPE
12 Oz Dark Sweet Pitted Cherries and 2 1/2 C fresh Cranberries.
1 t Cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground Cloves and a pinch of Salt
1 Orange (Zest, Segments and Juice)
1 1/3 C Sugar
1 Box of pectin (2 ounce)
2/3 C Orange Juice, 1/3 Cup of Water and 1/3 C of Amaretto
Watch video for procedural instructions. Make sure to chill a small portion to check consistency before jarring the jam. You can always add more pectin or thin down with a touch of orange juice or water if too thick. Make sure to boil jam jars for 10 minutes covered with the water to create that tight safe seal!
