We seasoned it up with the original MAD Smoke Rub Mix, lots of garlic seasoning and some Worcestershire. Hands down this is the best Batch I've ever made. LOOK OUT IT'S ADDICTIVE!

Homemade Crab Rangoons with Sweet and Sour Sauce
All I want for Christmas is Crab Rangoons! Crab Rangoon always have a place at the Holiday Table. Whether it's the Christmas Eve after Church get together or the Countdown to the New Years Party these delightful nuggets are elegant and delicious! I love making homemade crab rangoon especially around the Holidays. They dress up any Holiday get together. I make these with a blend of real and imitation crab to keep the cost down yet still have real crab meat in the mix. Paired with a sweet and sour sauce that is sweet and light at the same time! Toasted sesame seeds, cilantro and scallions add a gourmet flare that's perfect for the festivities.
